• Once a week home visit  (Four Times Per month) $ 80.00
   

• Bi-Weekly Home visit (Twice a month) $ 45.00
   

• Once A Month Home visit  $25.00
   

• Condo Opening or Closing $35.00
   

• Waiting for a delivery or Repair Person $20.00 an hour/billed in 30 minute intervals. (Minimum of one hour)

• The above prices are base on an average sized home of 2500 Square feet or less.  Homes over 2500 Square feet are 15% higher

                   Our Concierge Services

• Personal Shopping service (Time permitting) $ 50.00 for the first hour and $30.00 per hour for each additional hour plus the cost of items purchased.
   

• Costco and grocery runs $40.00 for the first hour and $ 30.00 per hour for each additional hour plus the cost of items purchased.
   

Shopping Services are billed in 30 minute intervals
