Meet The Owner
 

Hi, my name is Joe Papatola.  I was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

I first visited Naples about 20 years ago.  I immediately learned to love the area.  In 1995 we bought our first home and since that time, we have bought many more and have remodeled/renovated them for resale. 

In traveling back and forth to Minneapolis during that time, I found it difficult to find a reliable and trustworthy source to watch our investments and to be there for deliveries, etc. when I couldn't.   A couple of years ago, I decided to enter this business.  I knew that there was a need and I know what service benefits I could bring to the area. 

Our Midwest values have helped us gain much trust and respect from a number of homeowners who depend on Classic Home Watch to care for their homes while they are away.
