Classic Home Watch will walk through the inside of you home and perform the following:

• Check the heating and air conditioning
• Check windows and doors and make sure they are secured
• Check Appliances
• Run water in all sinks and flush toilets
• Check hot water heater
• Check the breaker box for any tripped circuits and reset
• Visual check for mold and pest problems
• Water indoor plants
• Run dishwasher once a month
• If you have an auto we will start and run it if instructed
• Check air filters and change if needed (Additional Charge for the filters)
• Check and change damp rid of used (Additional Charge for the damp rid)
• Check Pool and hot tub if applicable
• If water is off to unit, will turn it on to perform tasks then turn it back off.

If there are any problems that need attention, we can help make arrangements to have them completed

After each inspection we will email you as to the condition of your inspection and to let you know if any repairs are needed.

Classic Home Watch can also prepare your residence for your arrival back or if you are having a guest or tenant.  We can arrange for a cleaning service before and or after your guests have arrived. If you are having something serviced or new furniture delivered and you will not be available, we can make arrangements to meet them at your home and accept the delivery or service call for you at a very minimal cost to you.

Monthly contracts are available.  Classic Home Watch service rate is as little as $25 per visit a month. Cleaning service is available for an additional charge.
